POUK are organising a group trip to the home of the Phaeton, the Transparent Factory, locally known as Die Glaserne Manufaktur. The trip will span multiple days and many hundreds of miles; consisting of some sight seeing, some great roads, food and of course a tour around the factory.

This will be a multi-day trip and those who wish to attend will be responsible for organising their own transportation, accommodation and food. The dates are now firm however the overall plan may evolve. This is the current plan as of September 2024:

Thursday 27/03 - Day 1 - Meet up in Wuppertal, Germany and stay for the night. People can arrive throughout the day taking the pressure off having a set meeting time and point.

Friday 28/03 - Day 2 - Casual day driving from Wuppertal to Dresden with some stops in-between. Stay in Dresden for the night.

Saturday 29/03 - Day 3 - Transparent Factory tour at midday and general sight seeing in Dresden. Second night stay in Dresden.

Sunday 30/03 - Day 4 - Head back home from Dresden - optional whether we stay as a group and stop at some sights on the way or disband. People may of course stop along the way or even stay longer if they wish.
